Our latest state-of-the-art manufacturing plant is in Rajasthan. Over the years we have established ourselves as leading manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of PP woven sacks. With a production capacity of 760 MT per month, we are driven to provide quality products at competitive prices. Journey of Vibrant Polymers
2015
Foundation laid for the first manufacturing plant with an initial capacity of 380 tonnes per month, marking the beginning of Vibrant Polymers’ industrial journey.
2016
Production officially commenced with entry into PP woven sacks and bags manufacturing, establishing a strong presence in the packaging industry with reliable product quality.
2020
Foundation laid for the second manufacturing plant to support rapid business growth and increasing market demand, strengthening production capabilities and future expansion plans.
2021
Second manufacturing plant successfully commissioned, doubling production capacity to 760 tonnes per month, enhancing operational efficiency and meeting rising customer requirements.
2026
Foundation initiated for the third plant with total capacity reaching 1300 tonnes monthly, including a dedicated block bottom bags unit using advanced Starlinger machinery from Austria.
2027
Production expected to begin at the third plant with advanced block bottom bag manufacturing, focusing on high efficiency, precision technology, and large scale output capabilities.
